Say “Focus in Timewell” and Siri asks how long. You can also ask how much time is left, or end the session. Every action is in the Shortcuts app too, ready for your own automations.

Start, check and end a session with Siri, from the Lock Screen or the Home Screen. Most of the time, you won’t open Timewell at all.
Glance, don’t unlock
The countdown stays on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity, so checking the time left never turns into checking everything else. Lock Screen widgets show it too.
In the Dynamic Island
Switch to another app and the countdown moves to the Dynamic Island. Touch and hold it to see more, or to end and save the session.
Quick actions
Touch and hold the app icon to start your last session again, or end the one that’s running.
Widgets
Add the widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen and a running session counts down beside your other apps. When nothing is running, a tap opens Timewell, ready to start.

Stats show your focus time today and this week, your current streak, and every session you’ve saved. There are no goals to hit, and a day off is just a day off.

Any length, 1 to 120 minutes
25 minutes for a Pomodoro-style sprint, 90 for a deep work block. Breaks are up to you, and the next session never starts on its own.

Keeps time when it’s closed
Close the app, restart your iPhone, or change time zones. The session still ends on time.

Categories, if you want them
Create your own, like Work, Study or Reading, and choose one before you start, or focus without one.

Every text size, light or dark
Layouts adapt up to the largest accessibility text sizes and work with VoiceOver. Timewell follows your iPhone’s appearance, or you can set Light or Dark just for it.
Your sessions stay on your iPhone.
There’s no account, no server and no ads, so Timewell works offline. Your sessions are saved only on your device, and not even the developer can see them.
